Terms of delivery
We try to deliver all the goods ordered in the internet shop as soon as possible from the delivery of the order. As a rule, we are able to produce your product within 4 weeks of receipt of the order, but this time may vary according to the actual production capacity. We will inform you in advance of this fact. We will inform you about the dispatch of goods by e-mail.
The price of transport is 9-29 euro. Usually we use a box that carries our logo.
How we deliver:
Our products are delivered within European Union with Czech post. For a customer from the USA we offer shipped via Czech post or faster shipping via Fedex and for customers from UK ( UPS ) courier service.
How to pay:
All orders must be prepaid in advance. You can pay directly on our website by PayPal or card processing service payU (payu.com). We accept cash directly in the workshop of course. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
Protection of personal data
All handling of personal data is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On Personal Data Protection. By completing a binding order in the Seller's online store, the Buyer gives the Internet Shop Operator his / her consent to the collection and archiving of the Buyer's personal data and purchases. Personal data obtained through the operation of the online store is not and will not be sold, rented or otherwise shared with other entities. All personal information is used solely for the seller's internal needs and is considered strictly confidential. The required indication of your e-mail address or phone number is used to confirm the order, to communicate to specify the requirements of the buyer, or they are handed over to the carrier depending on the mode of transport used. The Buyer has the right to request in writing at any time the deletion of personal data from our database.
Complaints Procedure
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the delivered goods have no defects. When defects occur, the customer has the right to replace or repair the goods. If neither of these is possible, it is possible to withdraw from the purchase contract. The warranty does not cover wear and tear by normal use and change in appearance due to climatic conditions. The liability for defects is set at 24 months. The warranty period begins on receipt of the goods by the buyer. The complaint is settled within 30 days of the claim being filed, unless the seller and the buyer agree on a longer period.
Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper or careless use of the product. Products are primarily used as fashion accessories, not certified protective equipment. The buyer acknowledges that the material from which the products are made is subject to wear and the associated release of color pigment. The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage caused in this way.
Legal rights of defects
The Seller is liable for defects arising after acceptance of the goods within 24 months of the warranty
Within this period, the Buyer may file a claim and, at its option, demand a defect that means a substantial breach of contract (regardless of whether the defect is removable or non-removable):
• removing the defect by delivering a new item without defect or supplying the missing item;
• free removal of defects by repair;
• a reasonable discount on the purchase price; or
• refund of purchase price based on withdrawal.
